Academic Year Regulations for 2024/2025 Graduation Sessions

  • End of Academic Year 2024-2025: March 2, 2026.

  • You may submit a declaration of intent to graduate by March 2, 2026, on www.studenti.unipi.it (using the "attesa laurea" application) without renewing your enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year or paying the first installment. The system will issue a receipt.

  • If you do not graduate by March 2, 2026, the graduation waiting application allows you to regularize your enrollment for the 2025/26 academic year by March 31, 2026, without paying late fees.

If you're interested in transferring from another master's degree program to the M.Sc. in Exploration and Applied Geophysics, you'll need to send your Curriculum Vitae and Transcript of Records (ToR) to the following email address: gea@dst.unipi.it

The program's teaching committee will then evaluate your documents to determine if you meet the admission requirements and which of your exams can be validated for credit.

Procedure for EU Students: 

EU students wishing to apply to the Master’s Degree course in Exploration and Applied Geophysics have to apply to the applymscenglish portal. A tutorial for the application procedure can be found here Link and a video tutorial for the enrollment here Link.

Procedure for Non-EU students:

Non-EU students applications are subjected to different rules and deadlines. After a positive interview, all the Non-Eu citizens requesting Visa, in order to enroll to a degree programme, must pre-enroll on the UniversITALY portal (Link). More info about the pre-enrollement and application process for Non-EU students can be found here (Pre-enrollement: Link and Application: Link). A logistic letter will be sent with detailed steps required for the enrollment procedure.
