I have always been interested in nature and caving. I focused my studies on petrology, geochemistry, and ore deposits.
My PhD project focuses on the link between ore and magmatic body geometries in southern Tuscany.
I am tracking the Fe source(s) in the crust involved in the hydrothermal-magmatic processes by non-traditional Fe isotopes. I would like to demonstrate the source(s) of the characterizing element, Fe, involved in the hydrothermal-magmatic processes in southern Tuscany.
B.Sc. in Geological Sciences at the University of Pisa, 2014. Thesis Title: “Underground geological survey of skarn and Pb-Fe mineralizations, Buca Grande di Montorsi, Campiglia M.ma, Tuscany”.
M.Sc. in Geological Sciences and Technologies at the University of Pisa, 2017. Thesis Title: “Geology and geochemistry of Monte Valerio Sn-mineralization (Campiglia M.ma, Tuscany)”.
PhD. Student since 2018 in Earth Sciences at the University of Pisa. Thesis Title: “Tracking magmatism and metallogeny in the continental crust (Southern Tuscany) with Fe isotope systematics”
Associate researcher since 2020 at IGG-CNR (Pisa, Italy)
